Windows 10: Artifact on Disp. 2 when window is fullscreen on Disp. 1, then troubleshooting failure

I use an ultrawide monitor on a shelf behind my laptop, so my display space forms a T shape. I also place my taskbar on the side instead of the bottom, as it fits better with the typical content of apps. It has been this way for several years. I often keep a window maximized on the laptop display and use the big one for multiple windows.Sometime a couple months ago possibly when my PC upgraded to 20H2, but I'm not sure, a strip of gray appeared at the bottom of the ultrawide whenever any window is maximized on the laptop. It confused me into thinking some mystery window was behind the maximi

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

PC can't run windows 10 - Disp Driver incomaptibility

I understand your concern and will assist you to resolve this issue. As my understanding
your pc can't run windows 10" And reason it says "NVIDIA Quadro FX 3450/4000 SDI" isn’t compatible.

As per the screen shot which you have sent it is quite obvious that you have to check with the manufacture for support.



Method 1

Even I would suggest you to update the drives.

Steps to update the drivers:-

1. Press Windows +X key.

2. Click Device Manager.

3. Expand Display adapter option, right click on graphics card then select update drivers

4. Choose Browse my computer for driver software. Select the latest driver and update it.



Method 2:
