Windows 10: Artifacts on the screen during installation and operation.

Hello! During the installation of last version Windows 10, there are artifacts on the screen, and after the installation is complete, they are also present on the screen during operation. My PC characteristics:AMD Athlon II X3 450 3,2 GHzNVIDIA GeForce GT 430

Screen Artifacts and Crashing

The problem: Screen artifacts occur randomly. Artifacts usually get worse before my screen freezes, blacks out, and comes back on. This repeats until it crashes. Once, I got a blue screen with the error code "Memory Management".

Details: I have two monitors and they are behaving the same. This is a desktop computer. The screen behaves correctly in safe mode.

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285

I've tried:

• Updating graphics driver (twice). Used DDU the second time.
  
• Scanning for malware (twice). I've since wiped all files.
  
• Checked wires.
  
• Dusted computer. Checked fans.
  
• Disabled startup programs (This worked temporarily but would come back the next day. Now, it doesn't work for long at all). I thought the problem was conflicting programs on startup, but I've wiped everything.
  

I'm hoping this isn't a hardware problem. I don't have another computer to test my GPU on. If there is a way to fix this, please help me!

 

I get random flickering Artifacts on my screen, it is very noticeable in the start screen icons flickering

You may follow the below steps to check what are the updates installed in your computer.

  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard, and select
  Programs and features.
  
• 
  Click on View installed updates on the left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Here you will be able to view the latest installed updates.
  

As you have said flickering artifacts appear after installing some updates, you may try to uninstall the updates and check if it resolve the flickering artifacts.

  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard, and select
  Programs and features.

  Click on View installed updates on the left navigation pane.

  Now find the latest update installed, right click and select
  uninstall.

  Click on yes if prompted.

  Reboot the system and check if you face the issue.
