    As a Microsoft Partner, how can I escalate a Support Call that has been closed by a 3rd...


    As a Microsoft Partner, we have requested support through the standard ticketing system, which I think is more Advisory Services than technical support -but I cannot find where to request Advisory Services. The issue relates to "Efficiency Mode" in windows 11. As a software developer, our customers are seeing strange behaviour which is possibly related to Efficiency Mode and we therefore need to speak with an engineer to discuss the best was to get advice\support.Following the initial technical discussion with the assigned Engineer from Concentrix, a week later after I chased I was email

    Support Escalation

    I have purchased Office 365 and using on Lumia 950XL. The support guy is pathetic, they give some garbage solutions. Can I know whom to escalate the issue. Support Guy even did not transfer me back on the system for the feedback, mentioning that the system
    in down.

    Anyway it is my mistake to buy Microsoft .

    Just wanted to know if I can escalate the ticket - **** to someone else.
