    scrolling bad

    New event. When placing cursor over a list or row of columns, even the volume bar scrolling is automatic and proceeds to one end of the series and stops. The scrolling also stops when I move the cursor away from the list but am unable to select anything in the list. Not all the possible lists are effected. Other sites have recommended mouse/kb fixes. Have tried all those but the phenomena persists. Have not had any known updates recently and don't have a restore point to try. Any other suggestions? W10Pro 1903

    E6 - Cursor disappears during browsing

    During browsing this board for a few minutes using the cursor to navigate up and down (rather than using the touch scrolling), the cursor suddenly disappeared.

    This has happened to me many times on various websites.

    Is there something that causes this ? Something I might have pressed maybe ?

    Its very uncomfortable.

    Scroll bar keeps resetting in Windows File Explorer.

    For some reason, when I'm browsing a long list of files, if I stop moving my scroll wheel for a few seconds, the scroll bar in the file explorer jumps back up to the very top. Which is annoying when I'm browsing a folder that has hundreds of files in it.
    This only happens in the file explorer. Any suggestions?
