Windows 10: As per the same as most posts on here, have issues downloading 4 apps in Microsoft Store

Have been running all these diagnostics and steps that everyone has been saying to go through and have come up flat with the same issue of not being able to download the updates for Xbox app, Microsoft Store app, Windows Web Experience Pack system component, and the Game Bar system component.They will just sit in downloading, and when I hover over it says it's at 1% and after 5-10 minutes it will come back saying "there is an issue on our end" telling me to retryWindows Web Experience Pack only sits in pending, I have had it sit in download but as of late it has been only listed as pending

I suggest you to perform Windows Store reset and check if it resolves the issue.

Reset Windows store

Follow the below steps to reset Windows Store

• 
  Press Windows +R
  
• 
  Type Wsreset.exe and press
  Enter

Unable to download apps from Windows Store

Do you face an issue with a particular\ all apps?

As you have issue with the store downloading apps, try to run these inbuilt troubleshooters.

We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned in the link

• Type troubleshooting in the search box and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

Follow the same steps to use the Windows update troubleshooter.
