How to get rid of Critical Virus Alert (malware?)

After watching a questionable movie website, I started to have this Critical Virus Alert, and being asked to "run scan now". It pops up when the computer opens. The address attached is "fjvv2i.nonspewpa.com" . I have run several malware and virus scans and can't seem to get rid of it. I had a Chome browser which I uninstalled and reinstalled. I thought I got rid of it and it ended up poping up again. Help! Would appreciate any thoughts. Thanks.

 

Malware/virus issues

I have some sort of virus or malware on my laptop which keeps forcing ads to pop up on my browser and cover my web pages they're called something like, admediatrack and onclickads. I have performed a lot of tasks to try and remove it myself and have run
scans on my laptop but it says nothing can be found. I have also deleted all the files I could find which related to the virus and performed a system recovery but the virus is still there.

It is making my life online a nightmare as I can do almost nothing without getting irritated at the amount of pop-ups I get.

How can I get rid of this virus?
