Windows 10: Ask for permission for buying minecraft not working

Hi I recently was trying to buy minecraft today but before i could it said "Ask for permission" so i did but my parents never got the email it said try again something happened on our end. The same thing was happening for my brother on his xbox while trying to buy xbox live. Please help

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

I am unable to buy Microsoft Dungeons. Minecraft Dungeons for Windows + Launcher is asking for a profile address, but only allows U.S. address.

Minecraft asking permission for parental access after giving always allow access

Windows 10, Minecraft.

ALWAYS wants to ask for permissions, profile says "always allow" but keeps asking for permissions. Have never been able to let my kid play.

ANYBODY got an idea how to get this to work?
