    My Microsoft account used to be part of the family features but my parents didn't have any restrictions on it. I tried opening Netflix today but it told me I needed to ask permission from an adult and it had a little blue button that read "ask by email", so I clicked it and it said "email sent" but my parents say they didn't receive any email. I am 18 and my parents stopped using the family features a long time ago, so my mom tried removing me from the family features but it still keeps telling me I need permission to open the Netflix app. How do I fix this?
