Windows 10: AskDesk Software - What is it?

Recently, I noticed an icon for AskDesk on my computer task bar. What is AskDesk for and do I need it to run windows or Office 365? I'm concerned it might be a scam as my email was recently hacked. I changed all passwords and took my computer to office depot to run tests to look for viruses, but none was found. I am now being very cautious about anything strange.

Problem in opening files through other softwares

If the issue is with an app which is installed from Store, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the app and check if that helps. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the app in which you are facing the issue and click
  Uninstall.
• Open the Windows Store.
• Search for the app and click on Install.
  
• Check if issue persists.

If the issue is with a software installed, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the program and check if that helps. Follow the steps below:

• Click on Programs and Features.
• Right click on the software in which you are facing the issue from the list and click on Uninstall.
• Restart the computer after its uninstalled.
• Now reinstall the program and check.

Is there a software that can keep your pc clean, fix it etc

There is no single software application that can perform all of the desired steps.

There are multiple software that can perform steps but the unexpected can always happen.

These are some suggested software:

1) Run the Dell software to update drivers, software, and BIOS
2) Run the Dell diagnostics to check hardware
3) Run Ccleaner to clean (modify the boxes to specify what is and is not cleaned)
Use the software to clean windows and applications.
Don't use the tool to clean the registry.
4) Make a backup image in case there are unexpected problems
