Windows 10: Asked for account code after factory reset

I performed a factory reset on a laptop with preinstalled Windows 10 and then proceeded to sell it. However, when the person I sold it to tried to use it, he was given a username "defaultuser01" for which he was requested a code in the Command prompt. I am not aware of any code we could use, what can be done in this situation? I should also mention that the past username was not defaultuser01. Should he be able to create another account or how could we get this code?

*Bang Head :banghead:i have a dgm LTV-2261WCR 22" DVD combi which i use as my monitor and tv, however since the visit of the ex's brat ive found the child lock is active. i need to retune the tv, as losing freeview channels rapidly, can ne1 help me with a factory reset/override code?

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
