    Asked for admin privileges but no option to press Yes?


    Running Windows 10 Pro - Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044 All of a sudden, whenever I try to do anything that requires admin permissions on my device I am met with the screen below. It asks for admin permissions but doesn't actually offer the ability to press Yes.To clarify, there is only one user profile on my laptop and that's mine - which is the main account and has admin rights of course. Restarting the laptop in safe mode allows me to create another admin account, but once the device is restarted it goes back to how it was previously.

    Need help with Admin privileges

    That's what puzzles me, I am logged-in as (my username) but still won't give me admin privileges. I checked under control panel/users amd it shows me as a local account. Tried to right click on CMD prompt but the "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR" doesn't show up
