    Asking for access code but not giving me an access code


    Hi,I have clicked the wrong setting when trying to change a setting option in my account, and there was no way to surpass the access code option and tried to recover by using my second email recovery. Which now I'm left with both accounts not being able to login without getting the "Verify your identity" But the only option I have is : I have a code, I don't have any of these. Where can I get a code cause it's not sending it to my text and since I'm locked out of my other email, I can't get that one either. And if I click the: I don't have any of these, it's given me that this option is n

    Microsoft access code text

    My brother also got Microsoft access code and seemed worried. I tried to try different permutations to get the same by making changes to an outlook account however everytime I got Microsoft account access code and not Microsoft access code.

    Kindly provide the steps to simulate how to get Microsoft access code. Or valid reason why it gets generated?

    Definitely not on any changes to outlook and hotmail account. As mentioned, there we always get Microsoft account access code.
