Windows 10: Asking for administrator's permission even though Im the admin, and still dont have the...

I am the only user on my computer window 11 home and logged in as the administrator I have already checked in setting->account, my email is a regular Hotmail account not a school/work email.I tried to access the "Windowsapp" folder but it stated I need to provide administrator permission to change these attributes.I know I need to change the owner of the folder so I followed the instruction here. However, when I opened the "Advanced Security Settings for WindowsApps" window, in the "Owner" section, it stated, "Unable to display current owner." After applying the changes of selecting a

Im going nuts with this new level of protection.

Turned the Uac to the lowest, still im having windows pooping all the time asking for permissions sometimes applications that cant do some actions unless im as admin or copying files to specific folders, its really annoying.

For applications I can go to properties and add run this program as an administrator problem solved but for copying files i dont know how to stop the asking admin permissions.

Any work around to solve this.

Let us assist you to have an Administrator permission. To start, follow the steps below to enable the Windows Super Administrator Account.

• Type CMD on the search box.
• CMD will appear at top.
• Right click on it, then choose Run as administrator.
• Type this command & hit Enter: Net user administrator /active:yes.
• After you enable the Super Administrator account, log out on your existing account then log into Super Administrator account.
• On the Super Administrator account, you can now create an Administrator account or give Administrator permission on the existing account.

After you created an Administrator account, we suggest that you disable the Super Administrator account by following the same steps and using this command:
Net user administrator /active:no.
