Windows 10: Asking for help analysing and hunting down Tojan

Hello! I'm user of Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 Windows 11 laptop.=== may be important, may be skipped===Yesterday 11.22.23 I was downloading something from torrent and got Windows Defender "Severe: Trojan" notification. It was installer downloaded from torrent shared by place I'm getting internship from so I thought it was needed as it is as defender really mislabels some apps so I allowed it fool me.Whenever I tried to install it, nothing happened, but there were more and more new apps to allow as if it was creating new apps like IP.exe, Update.exe in different directories with warnings f
