Windows 10: Asks me for my pin every time I open a program Every time I try to open a program on windows 11

Every time I try to open a program that prompts the "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" message, it NOW asks me to enter my pin every time, instead of just confirming it. I have no idea how this happened or how to change it back. im using windows 11 home ,i think if i remove my administraroe acc that is current

Program opening problem

I am a complete novice with computers and have a great difficulty in opening programs! I download the program , go through the exe and get the program into the computer but each time I try to open it I seem to get the exe again and a window saying " do you wish to remove the program before loading new?" !!! Any suggestions as to what I am doing incorrectly?

Hello, I would like to scan in the same time from two Epson scanners (V800 and V600) from one PC (Windows10).
But when you turn on Epson scaner you can connect only with one scaner in the same time (connection only USB)

How to open multiply Epson Scaner (dedicated program).

Method whith says "open as another user" it's doesnt work;/
virtual machine it's not the answer becouse of not enough power in my PC.

is any other method to open two times the same program? or instal some how two times?
