Windows 10: asphalt 9 and 8 can't install

hello, today i was bored so i decided to try out asphalt 9 but when i tried to install it, it was stuck at "getting license" for 5 minutes and then it gave an error error code: 0xC0020036 saame thing happened with asphalt 8 too so i couldn't play both gameshere are my specs in case they are needed for any reason:Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit version 20H2AMD A10-9700 RADEON R7,10 COMPUTE CORES 4C+6G x4 3.5 GHz upgrading to a Ryzen 5 3600 soon Radeon RX 570 Series 4 GB VRAM 8192 MB DDR4 RAM 2.4 GHz TOSHIBA-TR200 223.5 GB SSD TOSHIBA MQ01ABD100 931.5 GB HDD

Asphalt 8 Update

I have a temporary solution.

Step 1: Make sure asphalt 8 is closed

Step 2: Disconnect WiFi

Step 3: Go to the control panel and search for Web Credentials.

Step 4: Click "Manage Web Credentials".

Step 5: If you have multiple, Click on them until you see one with "Asphalt 8"

Step 6: Delete the credential.

Step 7: Every time you start asphalt STAY OFFLINE

this may delete save data BUT im not sure

 

asphalt 8 installation

I downloaded asphalt 8, moved to SD but it didn't install though I had 3 GB free space. I did reset my phone. But still it fails to install with 4.5 GB free space. what more should I do to install a damn game? don't suggest WiFi.
