    I tryed this solution but also not work.

    I am using

    windows 10 home single language operating system.

    Detail: windows 10 version 1909OS bulid 18363.1316

    i uninstall and install many times Asphalt 9 many times.

    also update windows and update asphalt 9 it gives no results.

    Help me!

    Hello anyone can help I have a problem regarding in Asphalt 9 every time I open the games it only shows a black screen.

    I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the games many times but it shows a black screen.

    Stuck on Black screen showing mouse curser after trying to switch user

    I've had another new development with this issue. It appears that the computer is booting fine, I am able to connect to my teamviewer server which I have to start on boot. Unfortunately that too only shows a black screen and curser *Sad
