Windows 10: ASPNET

Hello guys, everytime i click on a program with admin its asking me for a username and password username is there but dont know the password beacuse i think its related to the something called ASPNET i cant evan delete the account with admin previlages either beacuse its ask a password to accces the accounts also.

Windows 7 Professional - Booted up to safe mode clicked on computer repair System Recovery window pops up prompted to select keyboard type (english) click 'next' window opens up allowing you to choose user
name What choices showed up listed below:

CD (my user name)

Owner (I am the owner)

Question: Why is ASPNET showing up in my choices for selecting user name. Looking up ASPNET on web I find:

Have I been hacked or is ASPNET normal for windows 7. If I recall correctly did click in settings somewhere in Google Chrome browser allowing info to be sent to them per say to inform health of browser
itself. Many thanks in advance.

 

ASPNET Machine Account

I'm in the same boat, but I was able to change the ASPnet password.(CMD prompt net user commands) Now I get the error "Login error: the user has not been granted the requested login type at this computer"?????????????
