Windows 10: Assertion Failed Error Upon Restart Microsoft Visual C++

Recently, every time I shut down my laptop and turn it on again, or if I restart it, I'm met with a window talking about an assertion failure. I'm not a tech person, so I have no clue what this means so I always either put "Ignore" or "Retry" I'm too scared to touch the abort button lol. It's not causing me any problems, my computer works fine, and I haven't changed or downloaded anything new prior to this. The error it just started coming out of nowhere. Can someone explain what this means? And how I can fix it? I have an Alienware M15 if that helps :

Recently installed adobe creative cloud and whenever I launch my pc (because of adobe auto start up) or try to get the creative cloud to open I get this error:

The issue seems to be Adobe creative cloud CCLibrary.

• So I press Retry, and nothing happens
  
• Do I have a problem?
  
• Do I have to ignore the message?
  
• Do I have to worry about?
  
• Don't know what to do. So please come with a solution or with any answer.
