Windows 10: Assignment Tab always showing a 1 badge notification, how do I fix this?

Discus and support Assignment Tab always showing a 1 badge notification, how do I fix this? in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I have already proceeded with basic troubleshooting such as restarting my laptop and updating it, and doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of MS...     Assignment Tab always showing a 1 badge notification, how do I fix this?


    I have already proceeded with basic troubleshooting such as restarting my laptop and updating it, and doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of MS Teams. It continues to show 1 on the assignment icon despite having no pending or past due assignments. How do I fix this? I also am unable to find the Teams folder via %appdata%. I am also using the new Teams app as we need to use this since it is being used for our Insititution.

    windows 10 notification number badge not showing

    my issue is with notification badge not showing number of notification.

    are we going far from it, how wsreset will fix this issue?.

    Assignment Tab always showing a 1 badge notification, how do I fix this?

    Microsoft launcher - notification badges numbers are not working on my Verizon LG V30 running Android Oreo

    The steps I took to turn on Notification badges agree with what you have suggested and I did turn on
    notification badges in all apps.

    The reason I posted this issue on this site is because Microsoft is the developer of this app.
