Windows 10: Assistance Needed for Persistent Navigation Issue on Windows 11 Pro

I recently upgraded to Windows 11 Pro, and ever since, I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue where my system keeps automatically navigating back to the previous page in every application, including Settings. For instance, when I go to Personalization in Settings, it reverts to the home page within seconds. This issue was not present on my previous Windows 10 Pro operating system. I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including updating my PC, checking for keyboard or mouse issues, running a full malware scan, and updating drivers, but the problem persists. It’s becoming quite frustrat

Persistent Blurring Issue on Windows 11 with High-Resolution Display

I'm encountering a challenging issue on my Windows 11 system that I hope to get some insights on. My system exhibits a persistent blurring effect around windows or applications when they are not in active use. This problem is notably pronounced with certain applications like Visual Studio Code and the OBS stream chat. The issue seems to be system-wide and independent of the application in use.

System Specifications:

• Operating System: Windows 11
  
• Display: High-resolution (2560x1440) on a 32-inch monitor
  
• Display 2: 1080x1920 (Vertical) 27 inch monitor.
  

Symptoms:

• Blurring effect around inactive windows or parts of the screen, affecting multiple applications.
  

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Updated all graphics and system drivers.
  
• Adjusted High DPI scaling settings and experimented with custom scale settings in Windows.
  
• Reinstalled affected applications.
  
• Attempted various display and system settings adjustments, including changing resolution, scaling, and refresh rate settings.
  

Temporary Resolution Attempt:

• Changing the monitor setting from "Auto" to "Wide" provided temporary relief, but the issue later reoccurred.
  

Additional Context:

• The blurring seems to activate when focus shifts away from a window or application.
  
• Standard display setting adjustments and driver updates have not resolved the issue.
  

Despite these efforts, the issue persists and is impacting my workflow significantly. I would greatly appreciate any insights, suggestions, or guidance on further troubleshooting steps. Has anyone else experienced something similar or can offer advice on resolving this?

Windows 10 & Quickbooks Pro 2011

Please answer the below questions to assist you better,

1. What is the make and model of the computer?

I would like to inform you that Quickbook Pro 2011 is not compatible with Windows 10. Therefore it is needed to install in compatibility mode.

Hence,I suggest you to reinstall the Quickbooks pro 2011 in the compatibility mode and check if it helps,

Please follow the steps below for more information:

• Right click on the setup file of the application and select
  Properties.
• Select Compatibility Tab.
• Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the
  operating system accordingly from the drop down list.
• Click OK and run the setup.
