I am writing to seek your assistance regarding a persistent issue I have been experiencing with USB connectivity on my cellphone, specifically a OnePlus Nord 2, though similar issues occur with other phones as well. Now before proceeding any further, I would like to confirm a couple of things.

• Did you check if an updated software for the USB dongle is available?
• Are you referring to connectivity or the browsing experience which lags?
• Did you check if similar issues occur when you connect the USB dongle to another computer?
• Did you check if disabling network resource hungry background applications/utilities helps?

As an initial recommendation, I suggest you to follow these steps to run the Windows in built troubleshooter and check if it helps to identify the issue or even possibly fix it.

a) Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.

b) Click on Troubleshooting
tab.

c) Click on view all option on the upper left corner.

d) Select the Internet Connection option from the list.

e) Click Next to run the Troubleshooter.
