Windows 10: Assistance regarding windows 10

I had upgraded my PC from windows 7 to windows 10 pro in 2018. But it's a 32 bit version. I want to upgrade it to 64 bit. So how can I do it without buying a new OS? If I create a copy in USB using windows installation media then will I have to buy win 10 pro again for activation. What to put in place of product key? Most probably I will be having a digital licence as I had upgraded it from windows 7. So will it get auto activated after I sign in by my Microsoft account or I will have to put windows 7 product key. If later is the case then the problem is that I forgot my product key. Ple

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
