Windows 10: Assistance Request for Authenticator Recovery Issue

I am experiencing an issue with the Microsoft Authenticator App. My Facebook authentication account has disappeared from the app, preventing me from logging into my Facebook account. However, based on my research you can try enabling the IIS and see if that helps.

1. Press Windows key + R. This will open
   Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for ‘Run’
   
2. In Run dialog box, type ‘appwiz.cpl’ and hit enter.
   
3. On the upper left corner select Turn Windows Features on or off.
   
4. Look for Internet Information Service (IIS) and check the box next to it
   
5. Click on OK.
   
6. Restart the PC.

Microsoft 2 Step authentication on Android MROBE request

So I enabled 2 step authentication and downloaded the authentication apps on my Windows phone and my android tablet. When starting my tablet I get am authentication request for my Microsoft account from MROBE that says I need to authenticate. Any ideas
what this MROBE thing does?
