    Associate new email address with paid Office 365 subscription


    I have recently subscribed to Office 365 family and was using my own plusnet email address. However I could not get my plusnet address to work with outlook and plusnet are discontinuing their email service soon anyway. So I decided to set up a new outlook email address. However when I login using that new email address it takes me to a free version of Office 365 not the one I have paid for. I have tried to link my new email address to my old one but have no luck it still goes into the free version.Could anyone assist me please.Thanks

    I need to renew this subscription as the credit card connected to the greenslopes account has been destroyed

    changing my Office 365 account

    I have a new Office 365 account, paid for with an annual subscription. However. my laptop defaults to my old account. Given that I no longer pay a monthly subscription for that account, it has restricted my use of word, excell etc.

    All I want to do is use the new annual subscription on the new email address.

    Cab anyone please HELP??!!!
