    Assorted Virus and Threat Protection Problems


    I've been having numerous problems with my computer, and my most recent one is the windows defender virus and threat protection. Here are all my current problems:

    1 - on my security at a glance window, virus and threat protection is not a visible option for me to pick.

    2 - i work around to try and get to it, and when i do the page i should be taken to is glitched and not visible.

    3 - if i right right click run quick scan under the security center tab on the start tool bar next to the click, i get a notification saying my IT administrator has limited access and to contact help desk.

    4 - i can eventually get to the security center, but if i run a quick scan or full scan, estimated time remaining says 0 and files scanned says 0.

    5 - windows update currently has an error a security intelligence update for microsoft defender antivirus. error number 0x80070643

    i ran my malware bytes earlier and it found and cleaned 2 malware. does anyone know what to do with my current problem? i'm also having problems with my sleep mode not working correctly as described here:

    virus and threat protection

    Virus and threat protection has stopped and will not restart, Windows 10 ver 1709, antimalware client ver 4.12.16299.15 . SuperAntiSpyware installed.

    I have tried most of the suggestions from the support pages, all have been ineffective. Any suggestions

    Virus and Threat protection

    NOTICE: After, installing 1909 update, Windows Defender, Virus and Threat protection, is / was "OFF". IS this common? Is this a bug? NO MESSAGE appeared in my Notification Area.. ONLY, by chance, did I notice, and turn it back on. I'd suggest.. AT
    ALL TIMES.. 'WHENEVER' MY virus protection is turned off.. BY DEFAULT... I 'SHOULD' BE NOTIFIED! YOUR thoughts on this?

    When looking to run a virus scan on my computer, I'm met with an error that says "Virus and Threat Protection is Managed by your Organization." THis is a personal laptop though. Any suggestions?
