    Assure In Store Personal Training Refund Delay or Forget It


    I purchased In Store Personal Training at Microsoft in Frisco Texas, shortly before store closed due to Covid. No training no longer available for personal training. I have called Microsoft customer Service 800-642-7676 in July 28,2020 & given case # to follow up on. Today 8/28/2020 and called. All extensions provided lead to being disconnected. All attempts to talk to someone result in being referred to a # 855-507-6283 which is not good #.

    Appears there will be NO refund and most disappointed in way Microsoft has handled Customer service. Does anyone else have any ideas on who to contact or should I just forget it? Thanks - Stay Safe!!

    Microsoft one year plan advised and purchased download replacing Windows will resolve problems. Windows unchanged. Where to get Microsoft refund?

    I bought Microsoft Assure one year plan. I was assured by the

    Microsoft agent the steps to follow the purchase of the plan

    would resolve the problems with system files error As it is all

    the problems remain without a fix.

    How to get a refund now? What category does Microsoft
