There are several factors that might cause Internet Explorer to stop from working. The problem might be caused by low memory or damaged and missing system files. To assist you with your concern, we recommend that you run the troubleshooter for Internet Explorer
Performance and Internet Explorer Safety by following the steps provided below:

• Press the Windows Key.
• Type troubleshooting and pick Troubleshooting from the results.
• In the Troubleshooting window, click View all link in the left pane.
• In the All Categories window, run the Internet Explorer Performance and Internet Explorer Safety troubleshooters one by one by following on screen instructions.

Once you have completed the troubleshooting, restart your computer and check your Internet Explorer.
