Windows 10: AStorDataMgrSvc.exe, Blocked

Discus and support AStorDataMgrSvc.exe, Blocked in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; Was wondering if this is good or bad? I did some light Googling and I understand that it isn't bad really but wanted to know why it is being blocked...     Was wondering if this is good or bad? I did some light Googling and I understand that it isn't bad really but wanted to know why it is being blocked and if I should leave it as blocked or not?
