Windows 10: ASUS A17 laptop dpc_watchdog_violation on Windows 11 start up

Hello I have an ASUS A17 laptop, windows 11 and since more than six months ago, just after I was forced to upgrade from windows 10 to 11 I started to get the dpc_watchdog_violation eror screen at the start of my computer. BSOD on Asus Tuf A17 laptop

Hi All.

I have Asus Tuf Gaming A17 laptop for approx 2 years.. Some time ago it started to get BSOD. Unfortunately i was not able to get dump files at that time. I had Windows 11 Home edition and tried to fresh installation of Windows 10 home (licensed). But still computer gets restarted sometimes without any BSOD, however dump files were created in C:\Windows\Minidump. Please see below link.

Will appreciate any advise. I already did things like sfc scannow and tested memory

 

Facing DPC_Watchdog_Violation and Page_Fault_In_Non_Paged_Area

I have been facing the BSOD errors - the DPC_Watchdog_Violation error when I'm performing normal operations on my laptop and Page_Fault_In_Non_Paged_Area whenever I restart my laptop. I have updated my drivers and followed some basic troubleshooting with SCANF/scannow and other suggestions, but to no avail. I had given my laptop to the Asus customer care and they formatted it and the DPC_Watchdog_Violation was gone(Page_Fault_In_Non_Paged_Area still came when I restarted- but didn't happen when I shut down and started my laptop) but after 3 weeks it seems the DPC_Watchdog_Violation issue is back. Can someone please help with the next steps? I really doubt the Asus customer support right now and honestly don't want a laptop format again.

My laptop details:

Asus TUF A15 AMD Ryzen 7 5800h

Nvidia rtx 3060

512 gb ssd

1 TB expandable ssd added

Windows 10 running as of now. The initial issue happened when I had windows 11 so doubt that's the issue.

Would really appreciate if someone could help analyze the issue. I've seen people getting their issue resolved on the community so hoping I can have this fixed as well.

Also, one other thing I want to mention is that I have been facing issue with the game Valorant - there is this application Vanguard which fails to initialize until I reinstall it again and this happens sometimes due to issue with the drivers. So I'm 70% sure this has something to do with the drivers but not sure which one and what to do here.

 

dpc_watchdog_violation on start up. Please help.

I have an ASUS A17 laptop, windows 11. i recently update my bios to version 323 along with a couple of drivers and ever since then i have been getting the dpc watchdog violation everytime i start my laptop. i tried uninstalling the drivers and i did all the solutions listed online, sfc scannow, chkdsk, uninstalled drivers from device managers etc etc but it hasnt helped. can somebody tell me why is this happening? also i dont have an ssd. this error is majorly related to an external device i think and i dont have any external devices attached to my laptop. should i reinstall my bios to a previous version or something else? PLEASE HELP ME.

im currently trying to find errors in the event viewer but i dont know how to fix them. the error is with the service control mnager, event id 7023.
