Windows 10: Asus charger not working

My Asus battery charger isn't working properly since yesterday and I took it to the shop and they said the charger is working fine. They also asked me to check for the update of windows. What are other suggestions I could do about it? I have only 10% left in my battery.

• Verify that your charger is working, try the charger with another compatible phone.
• Restart your phone, if that does not help push and pull the charger plug gently with your fingers. If this helps, check the charger connector for any dust or dirt.
• If available, use a compatible USB cable and connect it your PC.

ASUS Ai Charger and Ai Charger Plus being removed. I will try to help you with this issue.

Suggest you to update any Asus utility program that came with the computer and restart the PC to check if that helps.

Suggest you to boot the computer in a clean boot state and check if that helps. A clean boot state will help us to determine if any 3rd party service or application is causing this issue.

Asus USB charger Plus not working anymore

When I just had my laptop a few days USB charger Plus worked just fine, I could charge my phone on my laptop while my laptop was off. After a few days I turned off my laptop and then my phone stopped charging, so it did not work anymore. The next day I downloaded the latest version of USB charger Plus from the Asus site , installed and it worked again, the next day again nothing... It stopped working again.
So when I turn off my laptop now it just stops charging. I don't know how to solve this.
