Windows 10: ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 2060 EVO screen tearing/memory management issues

Hi, I own an ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 2060 EVO, and I keep getting screen tears on youtube and occasional blue screens to do with memory management, or gpu related faults. I have used the latest drivers, and previous years but I still at the least get the screen tears even after using G-sync/V-sync and adjusting frame rates, hardware acceleration etc. Even after all these tests, I stil have the issue and think its an issue with me not knowing how to properly set my gpu settings. Any help is greatly appreciated! The screen tearing only occurs on youtube in full screen, with other streaming service
