Windows 10: Asus E203M low disk space issues Windows 10

I don't know if it just a horrible laptop or if the Windows 10 requires too much space. While using any program I am constantly interrupted with the low disk space warning or update failed due to low disk space. I have attempted to clear as many of my own personal files, temp files, adjusted the settings and still there is never enough space. I have a 64g SD card installed on top of the internal space and nothing seems to help. Is there something I am missing here or should I just start looking for a new computer or operating system?

I have a HP19 desktop.I keep getting an error that says low disk space on the recovery d drive.How do you fix this?How do you free up space or prevent the message from showing up ?This is what I did and I got lost:

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

When you have upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 the Windows. Old folder will be created in the root directory so it will consume the space in the c drive.

If you are facing low disk space then I suggest you to perform disk clean up and check if the issue persist.
