Windows 10: Asus error on startup

I have very recently upgraded my system from Windows 7 to Windows 10 via use of the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool.


All went well and all seems to work ok apart from an error I get on startup, which is as follows:


AsusSetup

Does not support this operating system: WNT_6.2H_64


The error box pops up twice during startup. After pressing ok to both boxes, the system seems to work perfectly and as yet I have not come across anything that does not work the way it should....


Does anyone know why this pops up or what effect it may have and how can it be resolved?

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

I understand your concern and will assist you in troubleshooting the issue. With the information that you’ve provided, it looks like there could be some third part conflict or corrupt Windows files which is causing the error.

I suggest you to perform the following method and check if that helps:

Method 1:

Perform Startup Repair. Follow the steps:

• 
  Press and hold Shift key and click on
  Restart from login screen.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshoot.
  
• 
  Select Advanced Options.
  
• 
  Select Startup Repair and follow the on screen instructions.

To isolate the issue, please provide the following information:

• Were there any changes on your computer before this issue came up?
• Is there any error code aside from the error message provided?

Moreover, we suggest that you follow the steps from on this article:
Use Bootrec.exe in the Windows RE to troubleshoot startup issues.
