ASUS G73Sw laptop crashing in Windows 10 x64 minidump included

My ASUS G73Sw laptop is crashing frequently, but not consistently. It is usually a KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION BSOD.

Today it spontaneously rebooted without a BSOD while installing the Visual Studio Command Line C++ tools and the Windows 10 SDK, then crashed with a KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION BSOD on next boot.

Usually, the crash occurs just after I log in. If it doesn't crash right after logging in, it will sometimes crash during normal usage, but usually it does not.

I suspected a bad memory stick so I booted to a Linux USB stick and run a thorough memory test, without finding any problems. I tried removing each memory stick in turn and ran Windows and still experienced the crashes.

I have tried the most recent two NVidia driver versions without any change in the frequency of crashes between them.

I have uploaded my last 3 minidump files, a Speccy report, and a msinfo32 report to Dropbox:

I would greatly appreciate any help you could give me in locating the cause of the crashes.

    :)

Unable to Update or Clean Install Windows 10 to Current Version on ASUS G73SW Laptop

Just an update on this issue that's been a long time coming. I'm happy to say that after fighting this problem for almost a year, the Windows 10 Creator's Update Version 1703 successfully installed on my ASUS G73SW laptop on the first attempt. Apparently
something changed within the operating system that allows it to run on my particular chipset.

Asus P8Z68 Deluxe Compatibility with Windows 10

The Asus support page lists Win 10 X64. Other than Realtek audio drivers, none are offered. That suggests that most of the necessary drivers are included in the Windows installation or through Windows Update.

I think it should work just fine.

Unable to Update or Clean Install Windows 10 to Current Version on ASUS G73SW Laptop

I'm still unable to update to the latest version of Windows 10 or successfully perform a clean install of the latest version. I went back and re-read the response I'd received from ASUS and it does indicate my particular laptop model is not on their list
of units compatible with Windows 10 however it's difficult for me to understand how I have been running Windows 10 since it's release to the public and now suddenly I can no longer run even the version I was running before the hard drive was replaced. Here
is the text from the response from ASUS:

According to the announcement of Microsoft, there are system requests and hardware limitations in upgrading to Windows 10.
As a result, ASUS has formalized a list of all the supported models and can be viewed on the ASUS website for referencing at:

    https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1013416/

While Windows 10 has limitations for both system and hardware based on the announcement of MS, other reasons why selected model units are not on the list of supported models

may be due to compatibility and efficiency related issues after the upgrade to Windows 10, as a result ASUS suggest that you do not upgrade to Windows 10 based on model units which are not on the supported list.

We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

If that's the final word on this I guess I'll just have to accept it and eventually move on to newer hardware but I would certainly like to confirm this with the Microsoft Community before investing in the cost of a new laptop computer.
