Windows 10: asus..intel...loss of keyboard.. of any kind

asus..doesnt support wi fi or bluetooth adapters ..no good with out drivers..or foundation to build on how did i get here...overview..two years ago my laptop, dell 8.1 you offer windows 10 8 hours later lap toast..friend brings me a HP....feeling sorry me ..so i can communicate with my grand children.. yor people contact me about del laptop.. that conversation lesdsto up. grade to 10 on HP..10 hours.. later..nomore Hp ..it seems that windows 10.wraps it self around 8.1 operatjng system..any way now no computers what so ever.. and no offer of assistance from microsoft..my name is christopher Sloan.. i ama disabled semior .. i live on 750.00..another friend brings me this asus Windows 10 is loaded...you can verfy earlier problem with my lap tops by my calls for assistance help me wjth down load for 10 ...so this asus is older but works fine..settingup idiscover di fi snd bluetooth issuws ..i get adspter..setting up e msil a challange..then i discover outlook is no longer supported .. time rolls on thingschange mean time smartnphkne comes into view so had office sm version..movingforward u up grade me to365.. yo be kind lets just itsbeen an adventure..so here i am ..key noards ofany kindnot workingno foundayion for blue tooth.. and officen up grade ..lost me use of my e mail..ihsed for each grand child and my charity work..,yphone is 303048301205 primary outookaccount .*** Email address is removed for privacy ***.. ihave14 nonprofit i founded mostly by the sest of my pants ..,they call me libighghistory at tisk children a bsttered womens shelter anda gay and lesbian center sre thre of my non profits i am bsrely tec savy but ive had uo learn with limited fund sand a heard of friends the center turned 40 last year.. we started with 35 dollars.. we now have 28 employees... im telling you this,,im a simple man eith di,pke but i can move mountains.. im typing this on bomputer touch screne with a moyse pointer.. i believ ei been left by the djde of the tiad bymicfosoft.. recarch me im sll over uyor records .. i judt need help and i rarrly ask .. l and im am glad i fininslly said some thing ..i feel feel beaten down.. thank you in afvance ancsorry gor tupe os this took an hour to tyoe andim nit hoing back...christi

Method 2.

Try updating the latest keyboard devices from the manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to update the Keyboard drivers:

a. Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.

b. Expand the Keyboard driver.

c. Right-click on the HID Keyboard Device and click on Update driver software.

d. Restart the computer and check.

Startup error on discontinued Intel driver

Hi David,

Windows 10 update remove the Intel WiDi driver due to compatibility issue. We suggest uninstalling the Intel WiDi driver from Control Panel to avoid it from showing up every time you start your computer. To do this, kindly follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.
• Select Control Panel.
• Click Programs.
• Choose Programs and Features.
• Click Intel (R) WiDi Driver and hit Uninstall.
• Restart your computer.
