Windows 10: asus laptop keyboard and mouse not functioning totally

hi I cant find the keyboard driver in the device manager to uninstall it ,how to get back my laptop keyboard working pls help. my usb mouse also cannot use after plugin

My Asus laptop "N750JK" keyboard and mouse doesn't work anymore after some kind of update. I can use my keyboard in BIOS but not after it. I'm not able to log in to Windows, because my keyboard and mouse doesn't work.

What should I do?

Intermittent keyboard non-functioning


I use a wireless mouse and keyboard. Every now and then, often enough to be irritating, the keyboard fails to function: the mouse works properly. The keyboard problem persists for a few minutes, after which it works again. There is no discernable pattern to this problem.

This is the third wireless keyboard to show the same problem, suggesting something is wrong elsewhere.

The keyboard batteries are not responsible for the failure.

On the same desk is a cordless telephone.

Any helpful suggestions would be very gratefully received.
