Windows 10: ASUS Laptop now missing hardware

Hello,


I have an ASUS laptop that has been losing hardware. At least, according to device manager.

First, my keyboard stopped working except the touchpad. Eventhough it showed that the device

is working properly. The keyboard was clearly not working at all.

Then, I no longer had wireless capabilities. And, now I no long have bluetooth capabilities.

I've uninstalled drivers and even uninstalled hardware. Eventually, having to do a full factory reset.

Now, device manager doesn't even show that I have a keyboard or bluetooth or wireless adapter.

Thankfully, I have a USB keyboard. Otherwise, I wouldn't be typing this message.

2. How are you trying to connect the headphones to the laptop?
   
3. What is the model number of your ASUS laptop?
   
4. Are you using a wired or a wireless Bose headphone?
   

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned in Connecting To A Computer
and try connecting your headphones to the laptop.

Hardware ID is missing on my laptop.

i have asus laptop and when i want to install driver it says ini file error hardware id is missing or something like that. and the screen aspect ratio is 16:9 but it show only on left 4:3, on right there is black columb maybie 2-3 inches. my laptop is asus
x52s. i think laptop forgot its configuration and how to change i then?
