Windows 10: Asus N53 windows update Install failures

So I have a N53SV with windows 10 and had struggled last year with installs.


It appeared to be limited to updates and was mentioned in previous locked thread.

Howevere, I was having problems with installation of a .net framework update and decided to clear an old hard disk and try reinstalling from scratch and to my surprise I am up to date of 1909 update. So I think a subsequent update has fixed the problem preventing the update from installing. All looks good now.

ASUS N53 Install failures

I have an Asus N53SV laptop which has been running windows 10 since pre-release but after 1709 it started having problems with updates 1803 or 1809. Have tried installing as part of upgrade, media created from ISO and it gets to various points in the
upgrade and then fails.

Ive had MS Support reset the windows update but it continues to fail.

They said the hardware doesnt support windows 10 because the machine was original installed with Windows 7. However I find this a little strange as I've been running windows 10 for literally years.

Anyone able to provide some assistance in identifying the actual cause of the setup failures (by actually looking at some log files).

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows Update Installation Failure 800703EE

Error to upgrade windows 81 to windows 10 64 bits, Notebook ASUS N53

Windows 10 couldn't be installed - failed 1 update - error found: Code 800703EE Windows Update ran into a problem.

I executewindows update tool to try to fix problem but without success.
