Windows 10: ASUS N56JN - Shut Down when reinstall ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery, Battery 0%...

Hello everyone.
It is a week that i try to solve this problem. I have a laptop ASUS N56JN with Windows 10, re-installed today. I bought a new Rechargeable battery 4 days ago, because with the old one when i plugged out AC cable my computer shutdown, so i think that the battery is dead.
I inserted the new one but the problem persisted and the battery icon said "Battery 0% available (plugged in, charging)". I did try all solutions that i can find. I also bought DriverBooster PRO and updated all drivers for Windows (that i have reinstalled today). Not fixed.

So i try to disable manually ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery from Device Manager in Control Panel. When I enable it, my computer shut down and i don't know why.
I think that is a BIOS Problem but my Bios is update at the last version on Asus site: 203 version.
Someone can help me? Thanks in advance

Hello! I am missing the driver Microsoft ACPI-compliant battery control method. This makes my computer shut down when I remove the charging cable or shows Battery charge level to be "0%". Help?...

 

New battery not charging

I suggested uninstall, not re-install.

There's an extended version of those instructions - the same idea, but some additional steps.
Shut down hte machine
Remove the battery - run on AC power only
Device Manager > Batteries
Uninstall Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery
Shut down the machine

Remove AC power
Wait 1 minte
Insert Battery
Connect AC power
Start the machine

Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery should be reinstalled when the machine is booting

But, the .3 volts might be significant - I agree with Kbird
