Windows Backup only uses 2 mb?

Hello,

We suggest that you perform an image backup, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X > Control Panel > Click the
  View by: drop-down menu then select File History.
• Click System Image Backup in the bottom-left corner of the window > Connect your external USB hard drive.
• In the backup wizard, you'll be prompted to choose from one of the three options to save the backup >
  Next.
• Press Start backup.

Note: Backup may take from 10 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the amount of data to be backed up.

installing windows 10 backup and restore later

1. Backup Vista
2. Upgrade Vista->Windows 7 -> Windows 10. Get activated.
3. Backup Windows 10.
4. Clean Install Windows 10. Make sure still activated
5. Backup a fresh copy of Windows 10
6. Restore

To perform step 4 i will need to have downloaded an iso and create a dvd or usb to boot from.....so will not this ISO be ok and the one you mention ?
