Windows 10: Asus Rog Strix G16

Hello, I need help with my Asus Rog Strix G16 laptop I just bought it and everytime I unplug or plug the laptop to charge it just black screen for a couple of second. Could anyone show me how to fix that problem

internal speakers dont work on asus strix G16 laptop with windows 10

brand new laptop, my internal speakers don't work in Windows only when pc starts i hear any sound. I have not muted or disabled anything, and I did not open my laptop to physically unplug my internal speakers (and they function upon statrtup). The troubleshooter cannot identify the issue and the drivers are up to date

Asus ROG STRIX Z690-A no audio except through bluetooth

Hello there, I found out just yesterday that bluetooth only works through the wifi extender so I hooked that up and bluetooth worked and I could connect a bluetooth audio device and listen to something. Yet nothing else works like a headset connected through cable. I also got a sound card which worked perfectly fine on my previous build Asus Essence STX II 24-bit 192 kHz Sound Card (Essence STX II) - PCPartPicker Is this compatible with my power 850W and also with my mobo? I plugged the power cable from this sound card into the SATA area that has connectors for my HDD's for example. Regular audio through the motherboard directly doesn't work either. I've installed all windows updates and drivers that the Armoury crate listed. I've also tried installing the one listed on the asus website itself: ROG STRIX Z690-A GAMING WIFI D4 | ROG Strix | Gaming Motherboards｜ROG - Republic of Gamers｜ROG Global My build: PC Builder - Intel Core i7-12700K, Radeon RX 6600, Corsair Obsidian Series 800D ATX Full Tower - PCPartPicker i've flashed my bios through windows update: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. - Firmware - 10.1.2.1720 is the one I downloaded and use now. Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 21H1 Installed on ‎26/‎10/‎2022 OS build 19043.2193 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0 Solution: Open the app of the sound card and edit the settings LOL, Its been really long time I had to go in there.
