Windows 10: ASUS ScreenXpert 3.1.38.0 not launching on my Zenbook laptop

The lower screen lights up when switching on the laptop but then cuts to black and ScreenXpert 3 does not open, despite being updated and uninstalled then re-installed the application. I've rooted through different setting sections on my laptop but cannot find anything, even online on forums.Please help!

Asus Zenbook stuck on Asus logo

Hi,

I have a ASUS Zenbook laptop which recently received a windows update.

Ever since the update - the laptop would not start up and it would just go in a loop

"Attempting to recover installation.." "Undoing changes made to your computer...". and then restart (this cycle would just keep repeating)

I took it to IT and they tried to get into Recovery mode by keeping the power button pressed firmly during this loop and also pressing the "ESC F1 F2 F3". After doing this multiple times

Now the machine just shows the ASUS logo and doesn't even try to boot up.

I need to get my laptop up and running - is that even possible at this point? Can you please suggest steps to troubleshoot / recover from this situation?

3 monitors with asus zenbook ux410uq

I have Asus Zenbook ux410uq, and i would want to work with 3 external monitors, but i have only one HDMI port, and one usb c-type. I am wondering, can i plug one monitor with usb c-type to hdmi adapter, and other monitors with hdmi splitter? Will it works correctly? Or maybe one HDMI splitter which would split my hdmi to 3 or 4? If not, is there any solutions to plug 3 monitors to this laptop?
