    We would like to know more about your concern. Kindly provide us more details by answering the following questions:

    • Is the SonicMaster detected under Device Manager?
    • Are you getting any error messages when trying to connect the SonicMaster on your laptop?
    • Was connecting SonicMaster using your computer ever worked before?
    Meanwhile, you may run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps below:

    • On the Start menu, type Troubleshooting, and then hit
      Enter.
    • Choose Hardware and Sound.
    • Click and run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

    SonicMaster not working on Q524UQ

    If that is the case, we suggest you seek help from the Asus SonicMaster support team.

    It will also be helpful if you connect it to another device and see if the same issue will happen.

    Asus Sonicmaster external subwoofer not working in windows 10

    Hello,

    The external asus sonicmaster subwoofer is not working with my windows 10. I'm using a N551JB asus notebook. The subwoofer doesn't get detected. I have tried installing the latest Realtek HD Audio and Intel drivers without any luck. Does anyone know if this
    can get fixed or will I have to wait for updated drivers?
