    Hello,


    I have an Asus Zenbook Flip 14 with Windows 10.

    I got it for 3 month now and the Asus pen doesn't seem to work well and I'm not sure what is the problem.

    When it does work, it works perfectly but sometime the pen doesn't respond properly. I can use it for a few minutes and then suddenly it stops working for a few minutes and then it works again. Sometimes it stops working every few seconds and sometime it doesn't work for more than 15 minutes. I tried to change the buttery, update its driver there was nothing to update and some other things I read here on Microsoft website but non of them seems to work.

    The app I use the most with the pen is OneNote and it have become a nightmare using the pen in order to study.


    I will also add that when the pen doesn't work so are it's buttons so I don't think the problem is with the touch. It might be something with the connectivity with the computer or with the pen itself but I'm not sure exactly what it is.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
