Windows 10: Asus T100H transformer computer update to 1903

I have an Asus T100H transformer computer. The computer had Windows 10 installed from new. Recently the computer upgraded to version 1903. I left the computer plugged into it's power supply while it upgraded. It informed me that there wasn't enough room on the hard drive to update, so I plugged in a 128Gb Usb drive and the upgrade proceeded. After leaving it for several hours, There was a message on the screen (sideways) saying “Undoing changes made to your computer” . I left the computer for 24 hours but it was still displaying the same message. The rotating dots symbol was still displaying. I tried force-ably switching off the computer by pressing the On/Off button for 10 seconds. It restarted exactly the same. I tried repeating the force-able stop procedure 3 times in succession, but it still came on with the same message when switched on again. How do I recover the computer. (P.S. there is no personal data, that I haven't backed up elsewhere.)

Forgotten password to log on to an Asus T100H

I just got an Asus T100H Tablet/netbook and Promptly forgot the password to log onto it. Now I can't even open it; I tried creating a password reset disc on a lexar USB key, but when I attempted to reset the password, a window lept popping up saying that
an error had occured. What do i do, I'm desperate.

I wanted to inform you at model Asus Transformer T100TA did not do exactely as the list stated, but it worked out to install the intel hot fix package that fixed the problem as the other drivera were already installed.
