    ASUS touchscreen weird rectangle bug


    hi, so i just recently bought an ASUS Zenbook 14 Flip OLED and so far everything works perfectly fine, until i started to draw on the touchscreen. for some odd reason my lines were cut off in this specific area forming a rectangle, seems fine on mouse but it seems to bug out when im using my pen/finger probably had something to do with the screen itself and this happens on every drawing app and on desktop aswell,the rectangle bug can be "fixed" if i flip my laptop sideways, which is pretty unpleasant to draw because i had to hold my laptop and pray that it didnt fall over.my specification

    I uninstalled Asus Smart Gesture, restarted the laptop and touchscreen started working again ... weird ...

    Hi Pyrectic,

    Thank you for being a part of Windows 10 family.

    This might have caused due to touchscreen driver related issues. I suggest you to download the latest touchscreen drivers from Asus website and then try installing it in compatibility mode and check if it works for you.

    Refer to the following Microsoft Help article to install the driver in compatibility mode. The steps for Windows 8.1 applies to Windows 10 as well.
