Windows 10: ASUS TUF Gaming B650-Plus doesn't boot when I enable Memory Context Restore with any BIOS...

Here is my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/fpfDLs I saw that other people are having issues with BSODs and unbootable PCs as well, but they resolved it by rolling back to 809 and 823. I tried all 4 available BIOS versions, and my PC is still not booting up with any of them. I was having this issue with TEAMGROUP T-Force Vulcan 32 GB 2 x 16 GB DDR5-5600 CL36 Memory, and I'm still having this issue with my new RAM. I’m using DOCP I for both. Well, I was getting BSODs before, but I'm not even getting those since I can't boot my PC at all. It's usually stuck on the CPU QLED, but it rarel

So I ran Windows memory diagnostic tool in extended mode. It showed no issues to 21% complete, then hung there for 8 hours, at which point I reset the PC. So it seems there's an issue?

The memory timings were not overclocked. It was using DCOP timmings, which just sets them to the official timings and voltage. (5600Mhz 36-36-36-76 1.25v). Also it is listed among the approved listed memory types for my motherboard - CORSAIR CMT32GX5M2B5600C36

So in conclusion I need to change the memeory before continuing?

Regarding drivers, the ones on the Asus site are not the latest.

Chipset drivers - done

Audio and VGA drivers I skipped as onboard audio and graphics are disabled in bos (to minimise possible conflicts)

I didn't do the SATA raid drivers, as I@m not using raid - or do I need these for normal SATA? (I have 1 SATA drive as a 2nd, with my N.2 drive as main)

As for driver updaters I used Avast, but only in the last 2 days, and I've had this issue for over a month. Also it apparently found everything already updated.

So in conclusion I presume I replace the memory adn come back to you on this thread if the problem continues?
