Windows 10: Asus VivoBook X1502ZA Abrupt System Freeze Issue

Hello. I bought an Asus VivoBook X1502ZA laptop on February 12, 2023 and have lately been encountering one concerning issue possibly tied to RAM inefficiency. In short, the issue is a complete system freeze possibly caused due to system freeze which subsequently forces me to force shut down the laptop. I believe this laptop model has an extra SODIMM RAM Slot that the seller told us to use to increase efficiency, and I have the premonition that they urged us to do so to avoid issues like these. I always monitor the MyASUS application and the RAM usage always averages 70% to 80% despite there be

i have an asus vivobook s200e /w windows 10 and whenever try to search or use or add a device looks like bluetooth has never been on the system..

cant connect my jbl speaker either my iphone
