Windows 10: ASUS Zenbook 13" Windows Home does not recognise usb hub and headphones, webcam

My Targus 7 port usb hub shows as not recognised even though screen, keyboard, mouse that are plugged into the hub work normally.Microsoft LX 3000 Headphones and VX 1000 webcam are not recognised either by plug into hub or direct via usb port.Microsoft website seems to indicate drivers are not required but appreciate advice.

Bluetooth not recognising headphones

Bluetooth on my PC recognises, pairs with and works with an ear piece headphone/mic.
Bluetooth on my Smartphone recognises, pairs with and works with an Ausdom headphone.
Therefore all hardware works.

However, PC Bluetooth will not recognise, let alone pair with, Ausdom headphone.

I have tried re-boots, turning Bluetooth on/off, uninstalling, re-loading drivers, etc. I have run out of ideas.

Any suggestions please?

 

ASUS Zenbook refuses to load Windows installer via USB

Appreciated, but I've run through that page/list already. The ZenBook's BIOS isn't too tricky to navigate, and the options make sense, but even with fastboot off, legacy USB on, secureboot off, CSM enabled ... the USB devices start the boot process, but can't go anywhere, if that makes sense.
